We all know how important proper posture is when it comes to working in an office.Unfortunately, many of us do not have proper focus the maintain the same posture throughout the work day. What often happens is, at least in my case, we tend to revert back to the old posture.Old habits die hard. Having the best office chair there is can certainly help, but that alone will only get you so far.What we need are regular breaks and exercise.But what type of exercise?Due to limited room we often have at our disposal, and the other side effects of standard exercise (sweat,for example) there's only so much we can do.
